This Privacy Statement explains how Bridging Technologies Limited ("Bridging", "Company", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use the Blox platform and related services (the "Services") available at https://www.blox.co.tz.

By using the Services you agree to the practices described in this Statement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Bridging Technologies Limited operates Blox, a cloud-based property and payments management platform. Where a business uses Blox to manage its own customers and records, that business is responsible for how it handles the personal information of its customers, and Bridging acts as a service provider processing that information on the business's behalf.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us, which may include:

• names and contact details, such as phone numbers, email addresses and postal or billing addresses;
• account credentials and profile information;
• property, project, booking and customer records that you enter into the Services;
• payment-related details needed to raise and reconcile invoices; and
• any messages or support requests you send us.

Information we collect automatically when you use the Services, such as your IP address, device and browser characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and information about how and when you use the Services. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy. Where you enable it, we may also collect approximate location information based on your IP address or device settings.

3. Payment Information

Payments made through Blox are processed by CRDB Bank Plc and licensed mobile money operators (including M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas and HaloPesa). We receive transaction confirmations and references necessary to reconcile your payments, but we do not collect or store your full card number or mobile wallet PIN. Sensitive payment data is handled by the bank or mobile money operator in accordance with their own privacy notices. You can review CRDB's privacy information at https://www.crdbbank.co.tz.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services;
• create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
• process bookings, issue invoices and reconcile payments;
• communicate with you about your account, transactions and support requests;
• send service-related notices and, where you have opted in, marketing communications;
• maintain the security, integrity and proper functioning of the Services and prevent fraud; and
• comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it:

• with the business whose services you use through Blox, and its authorised staff;
• with payment providers and banks to process and reconcile payments;
• with service providers who host, support or help us operate the Services, under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• where required by law, regulation, court order or a valid request from a public authority; and
• to protect the rights, property or safety of Bridging, our users or the public.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, to comply with our legal, accounting or reporting obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or anonymise it.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Where a business controls your information within Blox, we may direct your request to that business.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us.

11. Data Hosting and Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed on servers located in Tanzania or elsewhere. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this Statement and applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Statement.
